The Daily Mail Health site similarly gives you a great deal of practical information and some good insight into stress. Stressed people often think they are alone and part of the trauma of stress is that it has this cope alone, fix it yourself aspect or feel like you’re useless. When you feel the strain you need to act and that is often easier said than done. There is plenty of expert information out there to help and give direction. Use it!
